Some days, an easier morning yoga practice, without any standing challenging or balancing poses, is what feels most right. This full body morning yoga flow is of a grounding character, as most poses are done while staying lower down on the mat. The entire body is worked on with sequences filled with nice stretches, hip openers, energizing backbends and gentle twists.
This easy morning flow consists of 6 yoga sequences that make up a yoga class of about 30 minutes. The time can vary, depending if you take more or less breaths in the yoga poses or repeat some of the sequences several times. This flow is suitable for beginners to intermediate level yoga practitioners, depending on how intense the poses are practiced. And of course, it can be done at any other time of the day :)
